Your privacy, explained simply

AI Academy Launch · Draft v0.1, 12 October 2026 · For review before launch

Hi! This is how we look after your information. It's short, we promise.

What we know about you

• Your nickname. Your parent or carer picks it. It doesn't have to be your real name.
• Your picture PIN. It's scrambled, so even we can't see which pictures you chose.
• Your progress. Which lessons you finished, your XP, your robot's name and looks, and your game scores.

That's it. We don't know your real name, your age, your school, where you live or what you look like. You never type anything, so there's nothing else to know.

Who can see it

• Your family, on the family map and the family ladder.
• Your parent or carer, in "Our family".
• Nobody else. Other families can't see you, and there's no chat.

What we never do

• Show you adverts
• Track you on other websites or apps
• Sell your information or give it away
• Send you messages or emails
• Use your information to guess things about you

You're in charge too

If you want your information deleted, ask your parent or carer. They can do it in "Our family", or email us at contact@capytech.co.uk.

If you're worried about anything online, tap 🛟 in any lesson. It shows you who you can talk to, like Childline (0800 1111, free, any time).
